Everything above it depends on this.
A building is only as straight as its footing. We dig, form and pour to the plans, set the steel where the engineer drew it, and keep the job moving around inspections.

Built to the plan, not to a guess.
Foundation work is where mistakes get buried. Ours get checked before the concrete covers them.

What people ask us.
Do footings need an inspection before the pour?
In North Carolina most footings are inspected before concrete is placed. We dig to the size and depth on your plans and the local code, and plan the pour around the inspection.
How deep do footings go?
As deep and as wide as your plans and the local building code call for, which depends on the structure, the load and the soil. We build to the plan, not to a guess.
What is an elevated slab?
A concrete slab that sits above the ground on supports instead of on dirt, like a deck, a porch over a basement, or an upper floor. It needs formwork, shoring and steel designed for the span.
Do you pour monolithic slabs?
Yes. A monolithic slab pours the footing and the slab in one placement. It suits garages, shops and many smaller buildings.
Can you build the block foundation too?
Yes. We set the footings and lay the block, so the foundation comes from one crew.
We do more than this.
Most jobs need more than one trade. One crew, one number, one schedule.
